Here are some tips to ensure your art peice remains beautiful for years to come.
- CARE: Handle gently and with care. Stained glass is very fragile and does contain lead. Wash hands after handling and avoid handling the piece more than necessary.
- INSTALLATION: Avoid hanging by using suction cups. These can lose integrity over time and eventually fail. I recommend using a nail to hang when possible.
- BRIGHTEN: Solder will dull over time naturally. To lightly freshen up, wipe solder lines gently with a microfiber cloth. I like to also give it a good wipe down with alcohol.
- POLISH: All pieces come buffed and waxed with Mother's brand carnauba wax. For a deeper freshening up, you may use this at home to make the solder shine again. I have also used Semichrome as a more abrasive polish, if needed.
SHIPPING
I do my best to ship orders out within 3-5 business days. You will recieve a tracking number as soon as the shipping label is created. Please email me with any questions.
RETURNS
Please keep in mind that each peice is hand made. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I accept returns within 30 days. If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures and email me asap. I will do my best to repair or refund you. I do not accept returns on customs. I do not refund shipping.
DAMAGES
Let's face it, glass is fragile. If your order comes damaged, please take pictures and email me asap. I do my best to wrap it *super* well, but things can happen. If your piece is ever damaged through it's lifetime, please let me know. Depending on the damage, you may send it back to me and I will repair it.
